About Your Instructor

Mark Barlar, retired from the WI State Patrol, has conducted over 1000 DataQs for Reliance Partner clients, winning over 70% of them. He currently serves as the Director of DOT Regulatory Compliance for Reliance Partners. 

He will also have Daniel Vega with him, the other safety expert at RP. Daniel is a Spanish speaker and a former DOT inspector from Arizona, and he will assist with the class.
