We invite you to join us for the upcoming Middle Tennessee Safety Council meeting on Monday, April 27. Our speakers, Gary Johnson, Head of Safety & Compliance Strategy, and Jordan Wissel, Regional Sales Manager at Motive, will lead a practical discussion on camera programs, driver coaching, and how fleets are evaluating forward-facing versus inward-facing camera strategies.

This session will cover how fleets use video safety and coaching programs to reduce risk, coach unsafe behaviors, improve driver performance, and build stronger safety cultures. The discussion will also address one of the more debated topics in fleet safety today: how to balance proactive coaching, crash defensibility, driver trust, retention, and legal exposure when deciding between inward-facing and forward-facing only camera programs.
